Felicia has been involved in and also taught fitness since 1985 nationally. Among her diverse clientele, she taught physical and visual relaxation techniques to reduce stress levels and increase the productivity of Alcan employees. Felicia is Montreal's first Aqua Nia instructor to combine concepts from her Nia practice with traditional Aquafit teaching techniques. She has been described as a dynamic teacher who puts people at ease immediately and who cultivates the best in each individual. Her Nia workshop for W.A.C.T. (Women Act In Theatre) sponsored by Canadian Actors Equity was a big success. Here is what some of her students have said:

“...with Felicia's leadership and encouragement I

felt better than I have since all my physical problems began. She gave me the courage not to think of myself as broken and I definitely benefited enormously from the classes.” - Joanna Noyes

“...Felicia is a fantastic teacher to begin with, so I would take any class of hers no matter what she is teaching...” - Leni Parker

“...Felicia is an amazing and generous teacher. She communicated to us the freedom to move and

to be expressive and free. Her energy is contagious and made me look forward to my classes even

more...” - Stephanie Breton

“My wish as a teacher is to empower human beings through music and movement,” says Felicia.             “I want my classes to be like an ice cold bath on a hot day, or a toasty warm fire on a cold day. I enjoy teaching in both French and English, according to the needs of the class. As I grow and develop

in my own movement practice, my deepest desire is to inspire people to grow mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.”
